1. Introduction 

 

Welcome to Umma Radio. By purchasing a subscription plan or advertising package, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Umma Radio is built for culture, community, and authentic voices in hip hop and R&B. These Terms ensure fairness and clarity for both members and business partners.

 

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through our trusted providers.

Subscriptions and advertising packages must be paid in full before activation.

Some plans auto-renew (monthly or yearly). Please check the details of your package before purchase.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

​

For Subscribers:

You may cancel anytime via your account settings. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle but does not refund past payments.

 

For Advertisers:

Advertising fees are non-refundable once your campaign has launched.

If you cancel before launch, a partial refund may be issued at Umma Radio’s discretion.

4. Subscriber Plan Features

Paid membership grants access to Studio Link, member groups, posts, and other community features. Features vary depending on your chosen plan.

 

5. Advertising Packages (For Business Owners)

All advertising must align with Umma Radio’s brand, audience, and community standards. We reserve the right to reject ads that contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content. Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate information, graphics, and materials for their ads. Placement, frequency, and duration of ads are determined by the package purchased. Umma Radio is not responsible for the performance of ads or specific sales results.

 

6. Community & Content Guidelines

Umma Radio is about authenticity and respect. By using our platform, you agree to: No harassment, offensive, or harmful content. No false claims, scams, or misleading promotions. Respect fellow members, artists, and advertisers. Violations may result in suspension or removal without refund.

 

7. Changes to Plans & Packages

Umma Radio may update pricing, features, or advertising packages at any time.

Subscribers and advertisers will be notified in advance of significant changes.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All Umma Radio content, logos, and platform materials remain the property of Umma Radio. Advertisers may not use Umma Radio’s branding without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Umma Radio services are provided “as is." We are not responsible for technical interruptions, ad performance, or indirect damages caused by using our services.
